Affinity Solutions is seeking a Complaints Supervisor to join their team .

Duties & Responsibilities

The ideal person would need to be able to handle queries via the correct channels; be able to report on the complaints, solutions and outcomes to the exco team.

Must haves:

  • 3-5 Years’ experience in a similar role
  • BCom Degree or Equivalent
  • Excellent command of the English Language and good communication skills
  • An existing and dedicated 10MB uncapped Fibre or ADSL Line
  • Own vehicle
  • Proficient in MS Office
