Affinity Solutions is seeking a Complaints Supervisor to join their team .
Duties & Responsibilities
The ideal person would need to be able to handle queries via the correct channels; be able to report on the complaints, solutions and outcomes to the exco team.
- 3-5 Years’ experience in a similar role
- BCom Degree or Equivalent
- Excellent command of the English Language and good communication skills
- An existing and dedicated 10MB uncapped Fibre or ADSL Line
- Own vehicle
- Proficient in MS Office
